At the heart of the Denver Metro community's journey towards mental wellness and empowerment stands "From the Heart Foundation", a non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through comprehensive and alternative mental health services. Dr. Ali, the 

Executive Director and Founder, is not only an activist and a master facilitator but also a motivational speaker, mental health professional, and soon-to-be author. His dedication is centered around transforming traumatic experiences by restoring mental equilibrium, building robust personal foundations, and teaching lifelong wellness tools through his radical healing techniques and curricula. Dr. Ali's efforts extend throughout Colorado, advocating for mental health awareness and the establishment of healthy and self empowered American families.

 

Joining him in this noble endeavor is Kalina Ross, the Associate Director. A Colorado native, Kalina has been a beacon of peace and well-being in the community. Bringing her expertise in wellness, nutrition, and child care into the fold. Kalina's passion lies in teaching the importance of nutrition and cooking, emphasizing the significance of what we consume. Her involvement since 2018, first as a volunteer and now as the Associate Director, has been instrumental in laying the foundation of the organization and in developing strengthening programs and workshops.

Their combined expertise and dedication not only offer a range of mental health services but also foster a family of support, follow-through, and action, making From the Heart not just an organization, but a pillar of hope and a source of lifelong wellness for the communities they serve.
